We produce classic suits and jackets with full canvas tailoring,
as well as light and soft jackets and suits without hair canvas.
We also produce casual wear with the quality unique to a clothing factory.

デザインとパターンを持ち込みいただいての服の作成や、提供いただくデザイン画・イメージ参考画像などをもとに弊社でパターンを作り服を形にするなど、様々なニーズにお応えいたします。サンプルを作成後、量産用にパターンにグレーディングをかけるなどのデータ処理もお任せください。（東レCAD クレアコンポ2を使用しています）仕様書の作成や、ご依頼の内容に沿った表生地に対する副資材の選定など様々なご提案をさせていただきます。（ニュアンスを伝えていただき「お任せ」でも大丈夫です）もちろん持ち込みの資材を使用することも出来ます。（内容によっては使用できないものもございます）

納期に関しては、お仕事をお受けするタイミングや生地入荷のタイミング、作成する内容によっても異なりますので、まずは弊社スタッフまでご相談ください。
品質表示なども弊社内で作成できますので、お急ぎの場合などクイックな対応が出来ますし、他社様で品質表示だけを作成する場合に比べ手間が省け効率的です。
出来上がった商品には社内でしっかりと検品や検針を行い、指定の下げ札などを付け発送させていただきます。発送は、ハンガー便を使用した納品や箱詰め納品をお選びいただけます。しっかりと立体に仕立てられた服なので、弊社としてはハンガー便をおススメしています。
（指定送り先によってはハンガー便が使用できない場合がございます）

Service Menu
We cater to a wide range of needs, from creating garments not only using your provided designs and patterns, but also to developing patterns and crafting clothing based on your design sketches or reference images. After creating a sample, we also handle data processing tasks such as grading the pattern for mass production. (We use Toray CAD, ClearCompo2.) We offer various suggestions, including drafting specifications and selecting auxiliary materials suitable for the main fabric according to your request. (You can leave it up to us. Just let us know your request.) Of course, you can also use your own materials, although some may not be suitable depending on their specifications.
Regarding Delivery Time
Basic Delivery Time
For sample production
Minimum of 3 weeks, subject to significant variation depending on the specifics.
For mass production
Approximately 1.5 months after all specifications, patterns, fabrics, accessories, and labels are finalized.
Regarding delivery times, they can vary depending on when we accept the job, when the fabric arrives, and what needs to be created, so please consult with our staff first.
We can also create quality labels in-house, and it allows for quick responses when you are in a hurry. Then, you can save the hassle and improving efficiency compared to having them created by another company.
We thoroughly inspect and needle-check the finished products in-house, attaching specified tags before shipment. For shipping, you can choose between delivery using hanger services or boxed delivery.Since the garments are meticulously tailored to be three-dimensional, we recommend using our hanger delivery service.(Please note that hanger delivery may not be available to certain destinations.)

We will provide a provisional quotation.

We will create the pattern and specifications.

Please provide the fabric and any materials you wish to supply.

We will inform you of the delivery time.

We will produce the sample item.

Upon completion, we will deliver it via shipping.

We will present the final quotation and send the invoice.
※In addition to the official amount for sample production, we will also provide a quotation for the costs of mass production.
